Shipping policy

Dispatch:

 Orders before 11am will be dispatched on that day
 Orders after 11am will be dispatched on the next working day

If you place an order on the weekend or public holiday we'll get it shipped to you on the next working day when we're back in the office.

 If you require your package to be delivered urgently please get in touch and we'll do our best to get it to you on time. Please note that additional costs may apply.

Online Returns

If you want to return your online purchase, please email us first so we can confirm the return before you send anything back.

Returns must be sent back with tracking, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in brand new/unworn condition with tags attached.

We will happily accept returns of items purchased online, for any reason including change of mind. You can choose from either an exchange, store credit or refund. 

However we do not accept online returns or exchanges sale or discounted items, special orders (items ordered in specifically for you that were not in stock) or faulty items (anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our supplier).

Returns under Covid-19

Glasses:
Please clean frames, arms and lenses using luke warm water and dishwashing liquid to remove any hair oil, skin oils etc. Use a toothbrush to clean around the nose pads 
Metal Watches: 
Use luke warm water and dishwashing liquid to clean around strap edges and contact points. 
Leather Watches:
These need a bit more care. Same as above with metal watches but please remember to pat dry the strap with a clean cloth.

Sale Items:

Sorry, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items either from purchases made in store or online.

Faulty Items:

If an item is faulty it will be sent to the supplier by us for inspection. Where required the item will be repaired, replaced or refunded at the sole discretion of the supplier.
